We will start with the preparation of dolmadakya - these are “mini pigeons” made of tender grape leaves, in which a fragrant stuffing of rice and spicy herbs is cleverly wrapped. This is a true art that we will teach you! Then you will master the preparation of the famous tzadziki - a refreshing sauce based on yogurt, cucumber, garlic and aromatic spices. This sauce is an integral part of Greek cuisine, and its flavor captivates you from the first spoonful. We will finish with pita, a traditional Greek pie with a crispy golden crust.

And, of course, the most enjoyable part of the masterclass is tasting the dishes you have prepared yourself. The meal will be accompanied by appetizers, a tasting of local wines, and heartfelt conversations with the winery hosts.
